The first of a series of BOC designs for modular buildings is now also available as a digital download. In terms of shape, size, layout and appearance fit this design in the LEGO Creator expert line of modular buildings. The facades and the roof and floors can be removed in one piece to be easier to play. You can choose whether you start with one or with two floors. The Chinese restaurant is luxuriously equipped with:

- A sidewalk with 2 images and 2 planters
- Walls with door and rear windows and a floor
- Kitchen with equipment
- Collection desk with chairs to wait

For the building of these BOC sets you need about 655 or 1101 LEGO pieces. The new LEGO parts cost on BrickLink between € 175,00 to € 135,00 (depending on the costs of shipment and wether you want 1 or 2 floors).
